Customer Success Manager

Healthvana is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. You would be responsible for managing the relationships with our customers and helping them gain the most value from Healthvana. This role requires an extremely empathetic, caring individual, who is passionate about helping people stay healthy. As a foundational member of the customer success team, you would also have the opportunity to define best practices, and set the tone for how we provide excellent service at Healthvana.

Responsibilities

  • Act as main point of contact for Healthvana customers
  • Proactively manage relationships with customers
  • Optimize customers’ use of Healthvana
  • Conduct weekly / bi-weekly check-in meetings with customers
  • Handle all customer communications via telephone and email
  • Identify customer pain points and provide solutions
  • Be an expert in the Healthvana platform in order to help customers navigate the system
  • Onboard new customers
  • Provide initial and ongoing training on Healthvana platform by phone or by traveling to customer sites
  • Work with the product team to translate customer issues into product development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • GPA > 3.5
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Empathetic and friendly personality  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3+ years work experience

Bonus Points

  • Bilingual in Spanish / English
  • Degree or experience in health related field
